How it works

One pipeline from new review to public reply, with a gate in the middle.

RepWorth watches for new Google reviews, triages them, drafts a reply in your voice, and brings it to the gate. On Copilot you approve every reply with one tap. On Autopilot, replies that clear your policy post themselves after a veto window you control, and the Judge reviews every one of them.

Watch

We watch your reviews so you don't have to.

We're notified the moment a new review is posted via a provider webhook, with a safety-net check every ~5 minutes as backup. New reviews are deduplicated against what we've seen and queued for drafting right away.

  • Reacts in near-real-time via webhook, with a ~5-minute safety-net poll
  • Multi-location supported on Copilot and Autopilot
  • Star rating, reviewer name, and full text captured

Triage

Guardian reads it before anyone answers.

Every review is sorted by star sentiment first. Negative reviews get a severity read (routine, elevated, or critical), and critical ones escalate straight to you with the context attached. Positive reviews flow on to drafting.

  • Negative lane gets a bounded AI severity read
  • Critical issues escalate to you immediately
  • Guardian never posts anything, anywhere

Draft

AI drafts a reply, in your voice.

RepWorth learns from the replies you approve and edit. The model picks up your phrasing, your rhythm, how you handle thanks and how you handle complaints. Each draft renders in seconds.

  • Learns from the replies you approve and edit
  • Every draft passes a moderation check before the gate

The Gate

Copilot asks you. Autopilot asks your policy.

This is the fork. On Copilot, every draft comes to you (email, Telegram, or WhatsApp) with one tap to approve, edit, or regenerate. On Autopilot, replies to 4–5★ unflagged reviews that fit your policy post themselves after a veto window of 15 or 30 minutes, and one tap stops them. Negative reviews are never auto-posted.

  • One-tap approve on the channel you choose
  • Autopilot posts only inside your rating band and daily cap
  • The veto window is your one-tap stop before anything goes live

Judge

Every auto-post gets a second opinion.

After any reply posts without your tap, the Judge (an independent AI reviewer) checks it against your policy and your brand. Verdicts feed the Governor: if trust slips, it suspends autonomy for that account and notifies you. And if the Judge is ever unavailable, auto-posting stops on its own.

  • 100% of auto-posted replies are reviewed
  • The Governor can suspend autonomy per account
  • Judge unavailable → auto-posting halts

Under the hood

The pipeline, end to end.

A webhook, a triage read, a voice model, a gate, a posting call, and a judge. Six well-behaved services, and two of them exist only to say no.

FAQ

What owners ask first.

Only replies to 4–5★ unflagged reviews that fit your owner-set policy, and only after the veto window passes and moderation, judge, and governor safeguards clear it. Negative reviews are never auto-posted.
Nothing. Drafts sit and wait, and we send you a reminder. If you never approve, we never post: the review simply stays unanswered on your end.
Guardian reads them first and grades severity; serious ones escalate straight to you. Drafts for 1–3★ reviews always wait for your approval (they are never auto-posted), and the tone defaults to acknowledging the issue and offering a path forward.
RepWorth learns your voice from the replies you approve and edit. As you tweak drafts it picks up your tone, length, and phrasing: the more you use it, the more it sounds like you.
Auto-posting stops. The Judge's availability is a precondition for posting without your tap: if it can't review, pending auto-approved replies fall back to your normal approval queue.
Today, Google only: that's where most of the volume sits. Yelp, Tripadvisor and Facebook are on the roadmap.
